The icy-cold waters of the North Atlantic are nutrient rich and prolific, and Northern Shrimp populations are at healthy levels. These very sustainable, highly nutritious, wild, cooked, and ready-to-eat shrimp are similar to the Oregon Pink shrimp, but are firmer, not as sweet, and larger. That said, this Canadian cold-water shrimp is sweet and ocean-fresh in flavor, and firm yet tender in texture. These shrimp are perfect for salads and they are already cooked and ready-to-eat.
